They have started back with the torture via the central heating and air unit. I feel like a little kid report this but I'm assuming this is the point of it. It's a slight to moderate pain in the lower back that last for about 15 to 20 minutes at a time periodically during the day. They have no shame. So if I seem angry or complacent at times even idle this has a lot to do with it. This is only one of the many forms of torture they've used over the YEARS.

I just feel like by me not smoking, not drinking and staying away from everybody and staying at home. It's kinda being used against me as far as this going on and on. I have been kinda going out my way to help this situation and I feel I'm being punished because it seems as if more time is being added to the clock because of that. Some of the people closest to me and others are taking advantage of this. Under normal circumstances I'm sure a lot of these things wouldn't be an issue. Plus there is absolutely NO CONSULTATION.
